Nicotinamide: 100 mg

Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide): 80 mg
Iron: 20 mg
Copper: 2 mg
Zinc (as Zinc sulfate): 1.5 mg
Manganese (Manganese Sulfate)): 1 mg
Iodine (as Calcium Iodate): 0.15 mg
