Femova Sachet is used to treat the polycystic ovarian syndrome, excessive androgen production in women, and menstrual cycle disorders like irregular periods. Inositol is a physiological compound belonging to the sugar family. The two inositol stereoisomers, Myo Inositol (MI) and D-chiroinositol (DCI) are the two main stereisomers present in our body. Myo Inositol is the precursor of inositol triphosphate, a second messenger regulating many hormones such as TSH, FSH and insulin. D-chiroinositol is synthetized by an insulin dependent epimerase that converts Myo Inositol into D-Chiroi- nositol. Combination of Myo Inositol and D-Chiroinositol is considered as a therapeutic option in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

Suggested Usage
Sachets: Adults, pregnant ; lactating mothers: 1 to 2 sachets / day or as advised by the healthcare professional.
